Sneaky bully Vodacom

Vodacom added 2 new numbers to our contract without our consent then debited us for over 2 years and refused to cancel the additional numbers and refund us. When we canceled our contract they started threatening us and handing us over- they owe us R17 000 plus 5 years interest and now have taken another R5000 out of our bank account unauthorised. We handed it to lawyers, ICASA and tried directly with their local head office but Vodacom ignored us and shut the store down. Vodacom you owe us over R20 000 now- pay up and stop accessing people's bank accounts *******ly and adding extra contracts without people's consent
