SMSes received

With regards to the complaint we lodged last week:<br> I have received smses wanting me to rate the service. One day after we lodged on Hello Peter I received an sms stating that our query will be attended to and we would be getting feedback.<br> Well, to date we have received nothing back. And still no phone!<br>
