SMS services keep being disabled - Second time now

Last month I had a problem with my Phone where my SMS function somehow got disabled, causing me to not be able to send sms's. I made a bunch of calls to the call centre to try and get it fixed. Only after I logged a complaint on Hello Peter did I finally get someone to fix it. Or so I thought... This month the same thing happened. My SMS function got disabled again. Aigain, numerous phone calls with plenty of promises of people that will call me back - I'm still waiting for that call and I'm still not able to sms. What is the point in call centres if you dont get help? And what is the point of asking for help this month, getting it, and then have to go through the same pains next month just to be able to use a phone contract that you pay for every month?! I mean REALY!?! What is the point in having a contract if you have to get something as simple as an sms function restored every flippen month. Icsaid it before and I'll say it again... Vodacom's services USED to be one of the best, but now I beg to differ....
