SMS Roaming vodacom does not work

<p>For the third overseas trip running vodacom sms roaming has not worked. To add insult to inhjury on my return my phone is barred from making calls. I have spent over an hour on the line to the call centre and eventually was passed to teh technical department which did not respond. Instead the call went to the engaged tone. I have an escalation number for the problem but doubt that they will follow up. I will probably have to call them again. Infuriuating! I have been a vodacom customer for years but ham now considerring my options.</p>
