SMS roaming and service not working, no support
I have had an issue with my SMS roaming not working for many months now. I’ve been requesting assistance from their Twitter support since November 2022 and all they tell me every time is to restart my device or put my SIM in another phone. I’ve done this several times and it does not work. I’ve been extremely patient up to this point, more than most would be, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t receive banking texts, make purchases, set up accounts, nothing because I can’t receive SMS.
