SMS roaming

I’m overseas and managed to activate sms roaming and now I need to deactivate it. Tried 20 times to send roamoff to 31050 but it does not go through. Then I tried sending to 123 which was the old number and that message went through and got a reply that I need to use 31050? I’ve also managed to send sms to family so what is going on. If you see this please deactivate my sms roaming as I would like to use my phone when I get back to Cape Town tonight.
