Sms notifications

So vodacom no longer sends data usage notifications? Here I am using the internet next thing my data is finish as well as my airtime. This has been going on for over a month now with no help from the vodacom team. I think my reviews are being ignored. Maybe I should move to another service provider that actually cares about its customers. Any recommendations?
