SMS has not worked for 4 months
Reported a problem sending and receiving SMS in June. Long story short, in spite of repeated complaints still not working. Now voice not working either. Vodacom claim issue was resolved in July! Yet the one call I did receive about this was....Errm...in September! Now I want to cancel and port to Telkom. And they want to charge for the balance of the contract. Breathtaking
