SMS Continuous Issue - Service PATHETIC
Since January 2022 I have not been receiving sms's on my Vodacom number, I have done the following: - Contacted call center, they were unable to help - Emailed and they tied to reset but still the problem was not resolved - I went into the Vodacom Care Center in Cresta and was told, they are aware of the problem but they do have a solution and I should just wait until the service works again. PATHETIC service I want to know why am I not receiving sms's
