SME Bad Service

I am interested in purchasing Dell Venue 11i Pro on a 3Gig Business contract from vodacom, I left multiple callback requests regarding this deal via Vodacom business website, and nobody called. So I decided to call them myself and got through to a Mandy Tshayina, I told her that we already have current business contracts and what I wanted. She asked me to email her the request on a letterhead (04/03/2015) with a copy of my ID. Next she requested a Delivery address, and then she asked me for my company registration documents (05/03/2015), as she was having difficulty with the company registration number as supp**** on the letterhead. I have since then tried to contact her via eMail, tried to phone via the same number I got hold her the first time, but to no avail. I even tried to contact the vodacom SME enquiry line ***, but gave up after holding on for an hour. I think this kind of service is atrocious and seems to be the norm of the day for vodacom these days. (Now I would like to know what is happening)
