SMALL VODACOM IN CLEARWATER-WORST SERVICE!!!!!!!

I went to the small Vodacom shop in clearwater and it was a complete nightmare!! Absolute worst service by Palesa and Nondo they made me feel as if they are doing me favour by me wanting to open up a contract as a new customer. They had attitude and were not helpful at all. I went there Saturday only to be told to come back sunday after going back sunday having to be told that they will give me a call which they did not. I had to send someone on Monday back to them and still got no help!!! They wasted my time and got no service in the end!! I went to the bigger Vodacom in clearwater after that and I received the best service from Dwayne who was so helpful and made sure I left a happy customer. If it was not for Dwayne I would have switched over to MTN even though I have been with Vodacom for 9 years! I think Dwayne should be rewarded for his efforts as he really went out of his way for me and is a good employee to have working for Vodacom!
