Small Claims Court
Vodacom - please let me have your legal department details, I am taking Vodacom to the small claims court for unathourised debit of my account, charging for a handset I do not have, not releasing my number to MTN, not cancelling my contract and because although i have 6 reference numbers - not one person has managed to sort this out - I think that I am personally allowed to claim back R16 000 for the effort I have put into this and because as this has not been sorted could affect my credit rating as I am having the amount bounced on 31 April. Considering I have been to cancellations, in store, retentions, porting, social media, facebook etc - I think my claim will be honoured<br>

06 May 2016, 07:07And that was on the 21 April - still haven't heard from a soul - I have had the bank reverse the amount *******ly deducted from my account - I still cannot receive Vodacom calls and I still have not been credited for a phone I do not have - when you try take me to court for the supposed debt I am going to slap Vodacom with the biggest counter claim they have seen in a long time
