Slow repair times on unreliable LG G4

My LG G4 has packed up yet again, its the second time this phone has completely failed . I have given my phone into Vodacom Galleria for repairs, it is the second time in less than a year and everytime its a 21 working days turnaround time to repair. Ive really had enough of this **** phone, its so unreliable and i must sit now without a phone while you guys faf around deciding what to do, and yet i must pay a full months subscription for my phone to sit in for repairs.
