Slow & Bad Service

I have been with vodacom for years but have never been so dissapointed in their service as i have been the last few months. Firstly I have submitted documentation twice to have the contract moved over to my name and bank details, hence this never happend i have to go instore and pay the account manually every month.

In December 2016 i went about paying my account as usual. I kept on receiving notifications that the payment hasnt been made yet but ignored it as I knew i already have. On the 7th of Dec my telephone was blocked and I couldnt do anything with it. ( bare in mind at the time I had a 1GB data and R300.00 airtime).

After speaking to 10 diffrent people to sort this problem, no one was able to assist me telephonically and i was diverted to the store. Upon arrival at the store the lady said this is something that needs to be dealt with by customer care. By this time i was ready to explode out of frustration. Nevertheless the lady picked up the phone and spoke to someone at customer care as i wasnt planning on leaving till my phone was unblocked.

After spending 2 hours in store , customer services managed to allocate my payment to my account. After that they still struggled to get my phone in working order....only to realize all my data and airtime credit was lost. The lady then suggested i buy R12 airtime to test if that was the problem , and so after loading the R12 everything was working again. Then i asked where did all my data and airtime dissapeard to? The lady just saif unfortunately she cant allocate it and it was lost. I had to accept it as i wasnt feeling up for a fight.

To my utter shock my R300 airtime and 500MB data dissapeard once again on 5 January 2017. Once again i am told they can not trace where it has gone to. How is this possible, i cant believe this from the biggest provider.

I am sure to move to Cell C as soon as i get the oppertunaty.
