Sloppy Service from VODACOM

I am very dissatisfied with the poor and sloppy service of Vodacom and their mediocre consultants. I app**** for a contract online and was assisted by a man called NKULULEKO from Vodacom Online Chat on Wednesday, within minutes he called me back CONFIRMING that my application was approved and that my phone would be delivered to me within 2-3 working days, He took down a few of my details but found it very strange that He did not take my banking details. So I called again to ask when they were going to take down this information, at this point I spoke to someone who had no clue what to do, said that there was nothing showing on her side and told me she would get Nkululeko to call me back. A day later, still with no feedback, I call to find out about the status of this new contract, I am transferred from department to department, my time is wasted, only to be told that my application was cancelled (after being approved) because incorrect information was captured...I ask what needs to happen from this point a consultant called DINEO CHOMA cannot for the life of her assist me, nor transfer me to someone who can, gives me the same number I dialed for assistance and even talks on top of me..I am disgusted at the level of carelessness that Vodacom and its consultants handle willing customers. I submitted to the process of application only to get shoved around, from person to person, 2 days later, STILL no contact, no phone that according to NKULULEKO would be delivered today, no contact from him since then, and zero care from Vodacom. I am Beyond shocked
