Sloppy, bad service. Expect a lot better

Hi, <br> <br> Dealing with Vodacom upgrade department has been shocking. The majority of the people don't sound like they want to be there. <br> <br> - voice tones is depressing <br> - unwillingness to think or solve problems <br> - don't call back as promised, not once but numerous times<br> - quality of line is shocking <br> - noise in the background is so loud you can't even hear<br> <br> I've had enough, will be moving my account & those of family.
