Sloppy After-Sales services
I purchased an XBOX console which was supposed to include a Free 3-month Ultimate Game Pass Voucher in early October. I could not access the voucher and tried to get this resolved without success. The email addresses forwarded to me by Sabelo at Fourways Vodacom where the contract was taken is: '***' and '***'. Come on guys I don't have time to keep on going to your store. At least respond to my email @Sabelo.
