Sleeping on the job!

I called to the Vodacom Customer Care line from my mobile phone twice this morning at around 04h30. On the first call, I eventually got through after lisening to the useless information on the voice recording. I could hear other consultants speaking in the background but the person that I connected to did not respond at all. I said 'hello' several times but the person just ignored me. I cancelled the call and decided to call back immediately and I am pretty sure I got connected to the same person because I heard similar background noises as the first call. I listened a bit more carefully and I could hear someone SNORING on the call. I was saying 'hello' repeatedly hoping someone would here me but all I can hear is the sound of someone SLEEPING and SNORING loud enough for it to be transmitted through the speaker. I suspect the person sleeping on the job had a headset attached and the calls connect automatically when he/she was available. I was absolutely gobsmacked that someone in a call centre could sleep on the job while customers call through to have the queries dealt with. It is absolutely appalling that Vodacom would allow something like this to happen. Absolutely unacceptable but unfortunately not that surprising from Vodacom. I'm sure you can detect which consultat I connected with via my number. I trust that some disciplinary action will be taken. I am not going to call again because I might come accross another consultant sleeping and snoring on the job. I NEED TO RESOLVE A DATA ROAMING ISSUE!
