Skynet and vodacom poor service

Hi I took a vodacom data simcard towards end of October I spoke to vodacom mondo consultant and everything was finalized. The simcard was delivered on the 5th of November, the following day I was called that they have delivered wrong parcel to me and my parcel was delivered to this other person, the parcel that was delivered I did not open they came to collect the parcel and 2 days later they gave me my simcard which was used by the other person. I returned the Sim for them to fix it mind you I have already paid til to date I haven't received my simcard no update.... I very disappointed with the poor service from Vodacom and skynet. Skynet is the one who messed up the orders but vodacom was suppose to load my data and give back my Sim.
