<p>I was issued a contract I did not want but their sales department uses<br />deceiving tactics to coerce me in to accepting this contract. <br />The contract number is ********** 806. When I received my statement only<br />then did I realized that a NEW contract was issued to me which at no point <br />was directly conveyed to me of a NEW contract, when I enquired about <br />it and want to cancel they told me I had 14 days to cancel it, but<br />to my SURPRISE the 14 day period has expired due to the fact that<br /> the statement arrived after the 14 day period, how convenient!! <br /> I want to cancel the contract and now <br />get a settlemet of the contract of R 2000.00. What away of making<br /> money and not spending a cent. I phoned them and their response were<br /> we were right you were wrong please pay. On the invoice I am paying <br />for a laptop which I did not receive but they do not care and trying<br />to get a response from their e-mails on the Vodacom site is to no avail.<br />Please assist me to get this resolved.</p>
