Sizakele was a star

I wrote a report a few months ago about Vodacom accounts and ***** department that took 6months to resolve a refund for a previous account they were billing me. Last week I managed to get to an absolute star at Vodacom Solutions department by the name of Sizakele Nkosi. I explained the problem and within a week she had my refund paid into my account. The effort she made to keep me updated was impeccable. She even called on the day of the refund to check if I had received it. It is people like this Vodacom that make your company, you need more of these type of people that know what customer satisfaction and service is about. Thank Sizakele Nkosi
