Siyabulela Thanda

Good day,

I would like to inform you of my utmost displeasure of dealing with your call centre agent, whom I now hear is based at Fusion, Siyabulela Thanda.

Instead of Siyabulela assisting me with the query at hand and advising how I could deactivate my call forwarding, he hung up on me, not before he sounded highly irritated to be on a call with me, somehow making me feel like I owed him for his time. His tone was one of annoyance and irritation. When I advised him that I could not have been the one who activated the call forwarding on the date he said I did, which was the 7th or 6th of May, he got irritated.

I am highly annoyed at the level of staff you keep as such a big company servicing so many clients. You need to do something or put your call centre agent (Siyabulela Thanda) on some programme to treat customers fairly and actually assist not have a match to see who can speak the loudest. He has out such a sour taste on my mouth and has done nothing to build your already failing brand reputation.

On that note, thank you to Buitumelo Selanyane. Her service was outstanding.
