Six months period too short to resolve a simple Vodacom mistake

After many years with MTN( Autopage), I entered into 2 new contracts with Vodacom in the Mooi River Mall in Potchefstroom. The biggest mistake of my life. Firstly, both the contracts were issued incorrectly, not in terms of the signed agreement. The matter was eventually resolved by Vodacom in Potch after they admitted responsibility.

The contracts were taken out in the name of my business, however the invoices emailed to me on a monthly basis are made out in my personal name. I completed numerous forms at the local dealer who promised to resolve the matter within 48 hours. I also emailed my request through to Vodacom Business H.O. on my company letter head together with copies of my company registration forms and ID, but with no avail.

I phoned Vodacom Business in Johannesburg again today after I was instructed by the local dealer in Potch to pay VodaWorld a visitin Johannesburg. This is totally unacceptable. A spoke to a lady at Vodacom who again requested another letter to the effect. I friendly requested her to put me through to a manager, however she put the phone down.

Not to mention that service is non existent. Vodacom is ***********. They cannot even rectify a simple "own" mistake on their system. How can a contact be registered in the name of a company whilst invoices are issued in a personal capacity?

It is now 29 December 2017, my invoices are still incorrectly issued. Shame Vodacom, your business remains pathetic.
