Sites getting blocked and filtered

Hi At the moment I'm utterly disappointed with Vodacom and at a stage where I want to cancel all contracts with them as my 3G service does not want to let me install updates to my operating system, Linux Mint. Also this nonsense http://flex.vodacom.co.za/err/?err=404. I DON'T want flex as I pay for my data and it's NOT cheap.

This is the update error,

E: Failed to fetch http://packages.linuxmint.com/dists/tricia/InRelease Clearsigned file isn't valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?) E: The repository 'http://packages.linuxmint.com tricia InRelease' is not signed. N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. I don't get this error when connecting to another network. If you cannot resolve this I'm cancelling all my Vodacom contracts as I had enough of paying for data only to get throttled and services blocked.

I did speak with a Vodacom representative a while ago and she wanted me to send my personal details to a non Vodacom email address which is *****. I'm NOT doing this!

Still waiting with NO replies from Vodacom. Why does VPN solved the problem? Vodacom YOU SUCK. Time for me to change ISP if I can only get rid of your stupid contract!

Private reply!! I rep**** back and you asked me security questions! I rep**** and since then NOTHING from you VODACOM. I want to cancel my 3G with you! I'm fed up with talking to auto response computers and nothing happens. Must I go to a Vodoshop or what??? Reply or I stop all payments and port even my phone. I have no device on this contract, just a stupid man that phoned me to convince me of extending the contract with lots of lies of 60gig of data. Yea the data I cannot even use because of your pathetic slow internet. It just carries over month to month. YOU BLOCKED MY LINUX UPDATES!!! You auto assign our modems with blacklisted ip addresses. I'm going to a newspaper with this. Vodacom used to be great, now it has become just another rotting apple. I have the details of that woman from your phone in support that wanted me to send all my personal details to a non Vodacom support email.
