Since was using Vodacom never had anything about it but now Im not even sure about them

I loved Vodacom alot since I've been using Vodacom I even took a contract until I knew that Vodacom service is a bad service I cancelled my contract and paid the remaining on 1 September and they send me massage that the contract was cancelled ,I cancelled because I wanted to take another better package at Vodacom as contract everything went well until I went to do another contract they telling me about Pre legal when I call them they told me they fixed it I should wait for 1 to 2 hours ok I did wait after 1 to 2 hours I went to the store to check if everything it's ok ...then everything is not ok that guy who helped me at Vodacom told me that why they lying to me this takes time to 72 hours I thought he was just joking when I call again they telling I should wait for another hours I was angry and pieced at the same time because they don't tell the customers the truth I was also embarassed because I'm doing up n down at store.im desperate to get a phone because I can't run my business without a phone ,today morning I called again they telling me another story I can see they won't fix my problem even I gave them their money 😔 sorry to say I won't use Vodacom anymore I will port my number to another network
