Sinalo Madlavu at Vodacom Retentions is absolutely great!

I think I have spoken to Sinalo on another occasion as well where he managed to retain me as a contract customer through suggesting a good alternative to what I was looking at, but mostly through his great attitude.

I had the same incredible experience today where, although he could not resolve my issue, he made a real effort to take every step he could, spoke to his line manager and advised me how to take it further. The way he did it made the biggest difference though.

He is a GREAT asset to your team Vodacom, and he is doing a great job at customer retentions. I have spoken to A LOT of your employees over the last 2 months and he definitely stands out.
