SIMSWOP

<p>Vodacom did an *******e simswop on my phone on the 17th of Feb 17. I phoned then afther I received the sms at 6 in morning. They only picked up after 8 and I spend an half hour to get them to block my line and the so called sim swop. The lady assured me that its been blocked. On the 20th Feb I went into Vodashop at Irene Mall , she confirmed that line was blocked an issued me with new sim card.On 21 st when I wanted to withdraw money at ATM in Piet-Retief I got the shock of my life. . .EVERY possible cent was withdrawn out of my accounts at ABSA via EFT. . . How it was possible with my sim "blocked" at Vodacom I do not know. Yesterday ABSA informed me that they are only prepared to refund 50% of my financial lost. Vodacom never came back to me even after I called them on the 21 st Feb and went into shop in Witbank on our way back home . My feeling was that ABSA should refund me 100% for my loss as they were responsible for the safe keeping of my money. They had to sue Vodacom for the loss of it. If ABSA is now only offering to refund me for 50% then my logic says VODACOM has to refund me for the other 50% because it all started with them doing an ******* simswop on my phone without my concent AND I phoned them to make sure its been blocked, DESPITE of this the money were transfered on sunday 12th Feb WITHOUT my concent. </p>
