Simswap done without my permission.

I would like to give Sinawo a big five to be able to help me with my sim that was simswapped without my knowledge. I was surprised all of the sudden my phone had no network, I restarted my phone and that's when I realized something was not right and only when I check on my vodaApp I got a message that I have app**** for a swimswap. Thank you for your friendly service my dear.

@Vodacom, This is concerning though as the Sim that was hacked was RICAd, how can one be able to access my information and use it for their own benefit? I would like vodacom to follow up and explain who is that can access such information from RICA and still be able to make a simswap. Vodacom should get 1 star for their carelessness without such sensitive information. I could have been in long credit debt that I have no idea of.
