I have joint ison been the provider to vodacoms saves department my number *** which is my personal number has been moved over to a business contract I no longer have access to mange my own number or conduct a simswap due to my phone been ******. I have requested my number to be moved back to prepaid a number of times to no avail. I'm not able to obtain my otps for my personal use as this number is linked to all my personal information. I demand my number move back to prepaid it's my number an I want it back.
