Simple request and then they *****

I am changin jobs at the end of February and my current company is payng my by cheque that has to sit for 7 days before I have the money in my account. My simple request to Vodacom: Move my debit order for March to the 15th so I dont have a default on the payment.

Seems simple to me

Vodacom goes and debits my account again yesterday when I already paid the 1st of February. Then off course as requested it will go off again the 15th of March. So now I have had a totally unbudgeted debit order and essentially an extra payment to Vodacom that will dissapear if I dont dispute.

I have requested that they move my debit order back to the 1st and refund my money. I will rather deal with the default on my payment than with your customer service.

I will change service providers.
