******. Simple as that.

Honestly, I hate the business model of Vodacom. They are ******. I took out a 20gb data contract 2 years ago and was told it just as good, if not better than the Telkom Freeme product, as I can just buy free minutes, what a bunch of *******. They ****. I can't buy free minutes so I pay twice as much to make calls. Then, all of the sudden after a year or so I could buy free minutes. Awesome. Then I upgraded my contract assuming I could still buy free minutes. What a surprise. They blocked it again. I call Vodacom and some lady told me she will active it, more *******. Honestly I hate them and once this new contract is done, I'm done. It's all just sales talk and bull. I wish they had a sense of decency but nope. None.

Then why lie to your clients? Or why does your sales team lie? I would have never wasted my time on Vodacom if I knew I couldn't buy free minutes. You guys need to be exposed and people need to know.

And why activate buying free minutes after a certain time? I think what I need to do it see if I can get a new number, so I can move this number over to another network and use this simple contract just for the data. My biggest issue here is you have my number I use for business.
