Simcard same name switched.

I am a Vodacom customer all my life. I was always very happy but not now. After a simcard switch keeping my own number my number does not work anymore. So nobody can phone me sms or Whats App me. This is not on. All Whats App and calls goes through my husbands phone. I want this problem fixed. My husbands phone number in mobile number . Not sure about the time. I am not happy at all
