SIM Swop / Porting gone wrong!

Hi.<br> <br> Ported to Vodacom from Cell C (Naively thinking that it would be a better service provider) on Tuesday 15 September. The man in the Vodacom store ported to a micro-SIM card that could not be used in the phone. That<br> micro-SIM card was then supposedly Sim-Swopped with the needed nano-SIM card. This SIM-Swop has not worked and have been without any form of cell phone since Tuesday!!!!<br> <br> This urgently needs to be rectified. Am seriously regretting moving from Cell C to Vodacom, would never have thought!!!!
