SIM SWOP Difficulty - ***

Prepaid SIM SWOP - *** I use my wife's sim card and have done so for many years with the above CLI, my phone was ****** over the weekend and we attempted to conduct a sim swop at the Vodacom gateway store however, they want me to provide the most common called numbers, how am i supposed to remember this if i don't have the mobile phone and use WhatsApp primarily for communication. I have provided the last recharge date and amount, she has provided her proof of identity and residence to which the sim has been Rica. I am unable to guess these numbers, or actuall got 1 right and now Vodacom refuses to SWOP the SIM. Totally understand security protocol however, all this information should be sufficient and the fact that my phone has been ****** should be sufficient explanation for me not knowing most dialed numbers. I don't want to lose my number, please assist.
