Sim Swop at Vodacom

Last night (24 July) around 23:00 a sim swop was done on my phone. A Person from Vodacom even phoned me to say that the sms was send to me by mistake and I should ignore it. At 02:00 when I woke up again I decided to rather phone Vodacom and ensure that the swop didn't go through. The lady ensured me that everything was cancelled. This morning at 07:00 when I tried to phone my Sim card was off. This is not the first time it happened in the last year and every time it's causing me and inconvenience and money to rectify this problem. I’ve even asked Vodacom to put a block on my number so that it can't happen again but still it did. I think Vodacom is totally *********** and *******. Now I must wait till 09:00 to do another swop and then I must wait another 4 hours before my number will work again. This is totally unacceptable. Who is going to pay for any losses I occur during this period.
