I upgrade on Vodacom, and my new handset use a micro sim. I went to a shop, bought one, Rica it, and then phone Vodacom to do a sim swap for me, as I want to keep my cell number.

Vodacom refuse to do it and demand that I go to an VODASHOP and buy a card from them. This is not acceptable, why buy a card from Vodacom if I already bought one from a shop?

I am a customer at Vodacom for so many years, and cant believe that this is the way they treat their clients.

First of all, why not supply the micro sim with the handset? They knew the handset is used by amicro sim, and could warn me.

I am a very unsatisfied client. Got my handset for a week now, and still couldn't use it, so what is the use of an upgrade??

Hannatjie
