Sim Swop

I have been trying to do a sim swop for more that 2 days now. I made a payment via FNB (pay and clear) on 4/1/15 at 08:00 so they should have processed my payment within 2 hours. I called 5 times that day and every time I was informed to call back in two hours. They only processed by payment 24 hours after!!! Then when I went to Vodacom 4U Wonderpark, I tried to get my sim but do to their system being down (as usual) I still do not have my sim card and I need it URGENTLY!!! <br> <br> I do not know what to do anymore. Please assist!!!!
