I bought an upgrade from Vodacom telephonicially of which I received two Samsung J1 Ace . My wife went to the Vodashop at Zevenwach Mall, Kuilsriver on the 04 January 2016 and had to pay R100 for a sim swop. I went to the same store on 06 January 2016 to do a sim swop for the second cell phone. The sales person , Auvin informed me that a sim swop is R150 and that my wife paid the incorrect amount. I informed that it is a contract phone and why do I have to pay for sim swop. He that said seems that the purchase was done telephonicially/online, I don't have to pay for the sim swop but I will have to wait 24 hour for the swop to activate which was fine with me ? They let my my wife pay there was nothing said about a refund!<br> After the 24 hours the swop did not activate and I phone the call centre and the lady informed me that nothing was done by the Vodashop at Zevenwach Mall about the sim swop and the lady assisted and activated the sim swop telephonicially. On 08 January 2016 I received a sms from Auvin at the Vodashop at Zevenwach Mall, Kuilsriver which said my account is in arrears and the sim swop could therefore not be done? I responded by saying that I am a debit order client
