Sim swop
Hi. I was the Tygervalley store yesterday, 09th... Riaan who works there helped me . I went for a sim swop. Today it showed Sim not provisioned. I called customer care, they checked and informed the sim swop wasn't done. They said they will do it for me and informed me that I must go back to the store to get my money back. R69 which I paid, because the consultant on the phone said they do it for free. I then called vodacom store, the girl there told me it takes 48 hours. Its strange... Because why could the customer care people help to get this done??? I'm really disappointed, yet again its Vodacom!
