Sim swap/call centre malfunction

I'm trying to do a sim swap, I call 082111 from the phone, go through all the options and then at the end it just says I should phone 082111 for Sim Swap related queries and hangs up on me, even though that's the number I've already called several times.

Vodacom Midlands Mall has told me I need to drive to them for them to do it in person but I live 50kms from there and I don't see why I should drive all that way for something that's supposed to be working but the Vodacom call centre is malfunctioning.

I had to go into my local Vodashop (Midlands Liberty Mall) to try sort this out and I have never been so disappointing and angry. The consultant, Musa, I saw took almost a minute to acknowledge my presence and didn't even greet me. I suspect that he is ****phobic because he immediately responded very negatively to me, when I tried to explain my situation to him he was belligerent and disrespectful, I tried to explain to him that he was contradicting information I got off of the Vodacom website, he simply interrupted and spoke over me. When I opened the Vodacom web page to show him that he was contradicting information on the website he refused to read the information I was showing him. He carried on speaking to me like I was stupid or something to the point where he made me so angry that I used a curse word, which he then immediately latched onto and started accusing me of being disrespectful, I asked him to call his manager and that I wanted a different consultant to help me, he left for a couple minutes and nobody else came so I was forced to continue with him. In the end he also brought up my age (which is 26), not that it is any of his business or anyone else's, and he said that I should respect my elders and many other disrespectful things. I am a business owner and deal with many retail people on a daily basis and I've never felt so disrespected and angry. The consultant refused to do the sim-swap I was requesting even though I gave him all of the information he was asking for. He activated a new number instead, which I am now unable to move my old email alias to the new number because it is still linked to the old number which he refused to sim-swap. Hundreds of people have that email address for me and it seems I have lost it now. Neither my employees nor myself will EVER go into that Vodashop again or support Vodacom in any way. It is nearly 4 hours later and I am still livid about the manner in which I was treated, this is absolutely unacceptable prejudice.
