Sim swap x 3 in one week

I have had 3 sim swaps in 7 days and I still can't receive or make calls, paid for 2 already, call center can't help. Lodged a back office query which takes 2 days to action. So basically living in the dark ages. With no solution in site. With the upgrade of the system a lot of glitches have occurred according to Vodacom staff
