Sim Swap with dumb and dumber!
Vodacom should train their staff properly. I lost my phone went to an outlet in Rosebank for a sim swap, they were not able to process the swap as I could not remember the last 5 dialled numbers (i only remember 3 dialled number) *rolling eyes* who still make calls when there is WhatsApp call!!!
I was advised to buy a sim card and call Vodacom for the swap. I borrow a phone to call Vodacom around 8:30 and dear god I speak to Sizakele Ngidi!!!! YOHHHHHHHHH We fight through the security questions due to her incompetence, then I request to speak to her senior, she laughs at me... Then Sibusiso (there is no way you could have been a supervisor) comes after being on hold for a while as he went out for a walk. He is just as ***********, they failed to explain questions that I needed to answer. Even after saying to both repeatedly I have no idea what that service is. They were very quick to tell me I had failed the security questions. They were not willing to assist!!! Vodacom staff is scripted, no human reasoning capability, no logic - -SIES I am gonna push for this swap Vodacom so I can port out!!!!!!
