SIM SWAP?! What an absolute shambles of a process!!!
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Zero co-ordination accross the company. Passed from pillar to post. A simple SIM SWAP is a flipping administrative nightmare!!! Sort it out VODACOM!
