Sim Swap - TOBI Useless!
Requested a SIM swap three days ago, and to date my phone still does not work. Every call made to my number goes straight to voicemail, and nothing has been resolved.
To make things worse, the TOBi chatbot is completely unhelpful. It keeps sending me in circles with generic responses instead of connecting me to someone who can actually assist. I urgently need to speak to a real agent who understands the issue and can provide practical solutions.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient. Definitely not impressed with the service at all.

To do a Vodacom SIM swap,
Buy a new SIM: Get a replacement Vodacom SIM card from any retailer.
RICA it: Register the new SIM as required.
Start the swap: Insert the new SIM and dial 136 or *136# from it, then follow the menu to use your old number.
WhatsApp (Optional): Chat with TOBi on *** to start the process.
Activate: The new SIM activates within a few hours (up to 2-24 hours).
