Sim Swap Procedure
Helo Peter

Vodacom seems to request ones last 5 dialled numbers from the lost sim card. take into consideration the fact that we no longer memorise numbers, losing a phone does not give one the allowance to check and jot down the last 5 dialled numbers. further more, one calls numbers that are not ones friend, job enquiries unknown call back that you occasionally receive and further more friends ask to make use of your phone to make calls to their friends. where it woouldl seem necessary to vodacom it is an inconvenience to us users. i personally use my phone for work and i am forever making calls, so there is no way of me knowingf what my last 5 dialled numbers are. to orub salt into our wounds, even if you go instore with all the correct documents, ID, Proof od address you are required to list the last 5 dialled numbers. is me being there physically with my douments not enough still. they tend to forget that this then requires me to change my number get a new sim card and change everything else from info given to the bank or my cv. all just for 5 numbers which probably dont mean anything to me.... not fair and not right on so many levels.
