Sim swap problem

I'm writing this review about the vodacom Sim swap application I called the called center and the only help I get is Tobby which is useless because it just says technical error, I then visited the branch I did not get any help just because I can't remember any 5 numbers I called I was using the Sim card for data only not for calls
