SIM SWAP NOT DONE!!!!
I did a sim swap yesterday and I was told to wait 3 hours before inserting the sim card and I did exactly that!!! but up until now it has not been done. I need that number urgently!!!

30 Mar 2023, 10:22I spoke with Thando Ndlovu who says she is in Siya's team in the JHB branch. She claims that she sees no history of a sim swap being done. I mean how if I received 2 sms's stating that they received my sim swap request and that I should wait 3 hrs???? I cant get time off from work to go back to the store
