sim swap issues

On the 25th I visited Vodacom East Rand Mall near Musica, upon entering the shop I was assisted by Devin who was looking for someone to assist me. He went to a consultant desk where the were two consultants having their own conversation. He politely asked one of them to please move so I could be assisted. The lady by the name Marrian was rude and mumbled, I was frustrated by the situation as the branch was full and she doesn't have any regards for customers. I then left the shop after the lack of service and I was assisted gladly at another Vodacom shop at the same mall. What ever happened to client comes first. If her behavior is always like this, I wonder how much business you lost because of her attitude.
