Sim Swap issue

I have upgraded my phone and did explain to them that I lost both my Sim card and the need to do a Sim swap they told me that I should call vodacom not going to the shop as I m gonna be charged and I did that called vodacom for Sim swap they told they told I failed they can't help me to do a swim swap for both Sims so they send me to the shop to do it and will have to pay which I'm not agreeing in paying because of question I failed to answer I can't lie and become someone I'm not no they question is about I'm married and I'm not all sort of question I answer please can they resolve this issue as I want to have a Sim swap for both Sims.
