sim swap is the worst

<p>Vodacom sim swap process is the worst. I did my sim not so long ago using my identity number, today someone else did a sim swap on my number using their identity number how is that safe. My number is linked to my bank accounts and all my other private things how am I a vodacom customer safe. I got a call from this number *** saying they from vodacom. Now I have to wait till tomorrow to do a sim swap of which I have to pay for. Your security system is the worst vodacom u don't care about your customers at all. And your call center agents are the worsts.</p>
